We prepare your apartment home by making it ready for move-in, making sure all appliances and apartment features are working and in exceptional condition. We make sure your new home is exceptionally clean for the leasing consultant to inspect and put out your welcome gift.
Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team that is ready to help!
No, you do not have to be present for a service tech. to perform work.
Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.
AMENITIES
We offer free, unreserved parking on our surface lot or in our parking garage. Residents can also opt for reserved parking in our garage for a $150 monthly fee. We are proud to be a green-conscious community! Low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles receive priority, preferred parking spaces.

Water and sewer utility fees are payable on the resident portal along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Electric is paid directly to the provider.
Yes! One Plantation does accept guarantors, for select approved applicants that have been approved with conditions. Once your application is approved with conditions, your guarantor will complete a separate and provide income verification that shows they make 5x the monthly rent.

Our credit check primarily looks at overall credit history. Some factors that could negatively impact your credit screening include credit history, quality & quantity, high debt load, payment behavior, collection accounts (excluding medical debt), bankruptcies, and evictions. Applicants also are required to provide income verification during the application process and must show they make 3x the monthly rent in order to qualify.
